As you all may know, Toxin Magazine is based out of The great state of Texas, Houston to be exact. There is so much talent in this city, some fortunate to be here, and some have passed on. Personally, im a fan of the old school Houston music, i.e the original greytapes. One song that is all to familiar to EVERY resident in the city of Houston is the infamous”June 27th freestyle”. i mean you can play this in the club on this exact day and the whole club would go apeshit. Drake recently did a tribute to the song, his own version, with this being his home away from home and everything… but ive actually been drawn to a newer version that has surfaced….Surfing the web i ran across a talented rapper by the name of, “Le$”… Website Here Who is signed with Boss Hogg Outlaws, he’s someone to keep an eye out for. The “new school” Houston rappers have joined forces and did a 2K11 June 27th Tribute.
